When you are interested in registering your group to volunteer, please first check our calendar to make sure that our facility is available. Once you have confirmed that there is availability, please fill out the Reservation Form to reserve your dates. You will receive confirmation when your reservation is received and approved. Once you have been approved, you have 30 days to return your registration information and deposit of $25/person. Please make checks payable to Epworth Project.
Health insurance is required to participate. If you do not carry health insurance, you will need to obtain temporary insurance or accident insurance for the days of your trip. Proof of insurance is required within 30 days of your trip. Enrollment, applications, payment, and approval is not done through the Epworth Project and will need to be taken care of before your arrival.
The total cost per person is $225/person for one week or $300/person for one week for the Summer Program. If your group is interested in staying for less than one week, the cost is $45/person per night.
